Chair Exercise with April - Designed for work-out beginners and veterans alike on Friday mornings at 10.


AARP Driver Safety Class – This eight-hour class is de​signed for drivers age 55 and over. Topics include: How to drive defensively, deal with aggressive drivers, and how to adjust to vision and hearing loss. Classes are held in the spring and fall.  Class is also available online. 

Room Rental – Rooms in the Senior Center are available to Township residents after regular business hours, as well as to government agencies at any time. Call the center at 618-344-7787 for more information or click here for hall rental rules and application.


Bingo –
Bingo is played on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 1 p.m.

Pinochle –
Pinochle is played on Monday at noon.

Bridge - Play Bridge on Thursdays at noon.

Breakfast – Breakfast is served the first Wednesday from 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. for a bargain $3.

Lunch –
Lunch is served Monday through Friday except the first Wednesday of the month, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. for a bargain $5. Breakfast is served on the first Wednesday of the month. Here is the weekly menu.

Income Tax Preparation –
AARP volunteers prepare taxes. For details, click here.

Early Voting Site -  ​​
Avoid the lines on election day! Check our website for early voting hours prior to election.

Dances -
Check the website calendar for upcoming dances held at the Senior Center.

Benefit Access (formerly Circuit Breaker) –
Benefit Access is a program available through the Illinois Department of Aging for seniors and disabled. This program may help with a license plate discount. If you qualify for this program, you are eligible for a RTA / METRA Free Ride Pass. You have to apply online for this program. Our staff will assist with filling out the application by appointment only. 

Rules of the Road Class –
Scheduled in ​Spring and Fall through the State of Illinois.
